HOW TO BOOK YOUR TRIPS
Select  the Tour Packages of your choice at our Suggested-package Tour lists as you are free to decide your own to suit the duration of your holiday  at  which type of hotel  and how many additional nights  you need. Then  e-mail  us at : info@sulawesi-adventure.com, we will process  your booking request. To avoid disappointment we suggest you book 14 days  prior to the date of your arrival at the first Tour  destination  point  in Sulawesi.
However, for Tour Packages  during  the peak  months of August, September and October,we recommend you book at least one month prior.  But, in case, you are in Bali or somewhere of major cities of Indonesia which might be shorter period  time of your booking. Just forward your requirement and we will get you back within 24 hours.

AVAILABILITY AND RATE
IndoGlobal Adventure's Package Tours are available for all Travelers both for Individual or Groups.
All prices are qouted nett per person in US $ or € Euro at current exchange rates and are subject to change accordingly to market fluctuation if necessary. Rates qouted herein are  intended for the use of Individual Travellers but we also have a special dial with Tour Operator and Travel Agency and also for all expatriates in Indonesia.

Note : Our stated prices in our web page can be changed with or without any notice.

RESERVATION
To enable us to handle your requirement efficiently, complete details are necessary :
- Name and total number of participants should bee submitted 10 day before arrival
- Arrival and Departure schedule with flight details.
- Code or name of tour.

CONFIRMATION
Confirmation will always be advised by e-mail letter or by facsimile in case of urgently requested and every party concerned have to responsible for their own expenses.

DEPOSIT/PREPAYMENT
As we usually have to pay deposit in order to secure reservations, a relevant charge or prepayment should be made to IndoGlobal Adventure. So, A deposit of 50 % of the tour price is payable at the time of booking and the balance of the full tour price must be paid upon confirmation of your
booking.The deposit/prepayment can be remitted to our bank account.

CANCELLATION FEE
Cancellation fees will not be charges by IndoGlobal Adventure. However, cancellation fees might be charged by other contractors such as hotel, transportation and others with whom agreement have been made and for such condition that may occur, these fees will be charged to the clients.

REFUND
After commencement of Tour, no refund, in full or a part, will be given for services included in the programme which are not utilised.

DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN
A child under 11 years is generally granted a reduction of the Tour Price, provided that he/she is accompanied by at least two adults and stays in the same room as the accompanying adults. With the use of a third bed, the reduction is 25 % of the adult's Twin Sharing price, while without the use of a third bed the reduction is 50% of the adult's Twin Sharing Price. Only a maximum of two children is allowed to occupy the same room with the accompanying adults

INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICES
All meals,transportation, transfer, tours, etc. as mentioned in each Tour Package description. Accommodation is in a twin / double sharing room. Single occupancy is also available with a supplementary charge. The Package Tour prices based on a minimum of two persons traveling together.

NOT  INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICES
Airfares  to and  from  Indonesia,  domestic flights,  airport taxes,  meals and  /  or sightseeing not specified on each Tour Package Itinerary, costs of passports and visas, laundry,  liquor, excess  baggage  charges,  tips,  personal  or  baggage insurance, cable telephone or communications charges and items of a personal nature.

ITINERARY
Itinerary and Tour Program is subject to change with or without prior to notice due to local situations and conditions forced.

Only for Travel Agents : The original voucher for all services required should be handed to us by your clients on arrival and it will be returned with invoice as proof of services provided.

TOUR GUIDE
A Package Tour is conducted by experienced English-Speaking Guide, Guides specializing in other language are available on request.

TRANSPORTATION
Fully Air-conditioned Private cars, minibuses or Coaches are used for transfers and tours depending on the number of participants.

RESPOSIBILITY
Tour Packages participants are advised to take out insurance to cover the following risks while on a tour: medical, surgical and dental; additional expenses; baggage : loss of money ; personal accident and personal liability.

LIABILITY
IndoGlobal Adventure Tours ( herein called the Company ): The Company, its Associates or Agents, while taking every care with participants' luggage or property, shall not accept any liability for damage, loss or inconvenience in the handling thereof. The transportation companies or firms shal be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury, however, or by whomsoever caused and of whatever kind occuring, of or to the participant if not on board a carrier or conveyance used and operated by the transport companies of firms. The passage contract in use by the transportation companies or firms concerned shall constitue the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and purchaser of these tours and / or pasage. The  Company strongly recommends purchase of Baggage Insurance.
